Bradley Melvin Dennis

Bradley Melvin Dennis, age 84, of 1813 River Rd., Troy died Saturday, April 7, 2012 at Autumn Care Nursing & Rehabilitation in Biscoe. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 11, 2012 at 2:00 pm at Lomax Memorial Baptist Church, Correll Road, Troy with Rev. Chip Bryant and Rev. Lee Fish officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mr. Dennis was born in Montgomery County on November 10, 1927 to Dewey and Lena Merritt Dennis. He was a member of Lomax Memorial Baptist Church where he was a deacon. He was formerly employed in the floor covering business and Lanford Security. In addition to his parents, Bradley was preceded in death by his wife Nancy Farmer Dennis. He is survived by his daughters, Priscilla Jennings and her husband Shannon of Corryton, TN, Letha Callicutt and her husband Dan of Troy, NC; son, Bradley Dennis and his wife Alisa of Franklinville, NC; 9 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; and 4 great great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Tuesday, April 10, 2012 from 7:00-9:00 pm at Pugh-Troy Funeral Home, 211 North Main Street, Troy, NC and other times at the home of Letha and Dan Callicutt, 1324 Flint Hill Rd., Troy, NC.
