Macie Luther Shue

Macie Luther Shue, age 78, of Autumn Care Of Biscoe, died Wednesday, January 11, 2012. Mrs. Shue was born May 2, 1933 at Anson County, NC, the daughter of Melton Ransom and Annie Thompson Luther. She attended Laurel Hill Baptist Church. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Dewey Lee Shue, two sons, Dewey A. Shue and Milton Luther. She is survived by three daughters: Sylvia James, Edna Freeman and Tennie P Shue, all of Troy; two sons: Roger Shue of Troy, Darrell Shue of Robbins; 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends Saturday, January 14, 2012 from 1:00 pm - 1:45 pm at Laurel Hill Baptist Church, 1569 Troy Candor Rd, Candor; other times at 509 Dennis Street, Troy. The funeral will be Saturday at 2:00 pm at Laurel Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Julian Crooks officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
