Elna Deane Fults Sedberry

Elna Deane F. Sedberry, age 76, of 1411 Pekin Road, Troy died Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at her home. Mrs. Sedberry was born August 3, 1935 at Livingston, Texas, the daughter of John Brown and Mildred Cleo Luna Fults. She was a member of Holly Mount Baptist Church and a former bookkeeper. She was a member of the Montgomery Historical Society and the Montgomery County Veterans Association. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a son, Everett M. "Butch" Sedberry, Jr. and a granddaughter, Jennifer Kay Sedberry. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Everette M. Sedberry of the home; two daughters: Cheryl Lynn Sedberry and significant other, Bradley Thompson of Mt. Gilead, Dana Sedberry Baldwin and husband, Larry of Ellerbe; two sons: Kenneth Allan Sedberry and wife, Amy of Richfield, Calvin Lewis Sedberry and fiance, Betsy Stephens of Candor; two sisters: Kay Cihal of East Bernard, TX, Connie Madeira of Pearland, TX; one brother: Gary Fults of Sealy, TX; 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends Friday, January 13 from 12 noon until 3:15 pm at Holly Mount Baptist Church, Holly Mount Church Road, Mt. Gilead. The funeral will be Friday at 3:30 pm at Holly Mount Baptist Church with Rev. Henry Jenkins, Rev. Mitchell Roller and Rev. Mike Almond officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
