Eunice Correll Morris

Eunice Correll Morris, age 91, of 9315 Bacardi Court, Charlotte died Monday, August 9, 2010 at Carrington Place, Matthews. Mrs. Morris was born January 25, 1919 in Troy, NC the daughter of William A and Lula J Dellinger Correll. She was a retired employee of Capel Rug Mill. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Henry "Peck" Morris. She is survived by one daughter: Carolyn M Cockman of Charlotte; one sister: Mildred Freeman of Randleman; grandson: Andrew Cockman of Charlotte; step-granddaughter: Colette Cockman and husband, Don Dixon; 2 step-great-grandchildren and 1 step-great-great-grandchild. A graveside service will be Sunday, August 15, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church Cemetery, Mt. Carmel Church Road, Troy with Rev. Grady Blakely and Rev. Tom Vannoy officiating.
