Betty Jean Futrell Dunn

Betty Jean Futrell Dunn formerly of 215 Low Water Bridge Road, Troy, died Thursday, March 4, 2010 at Universal Health Care of Ramseur, N.C. Mrs. Dunn was born in Troy, NC, the daughter of Paul and Mattie (Harvell) Futrell. She was a member of Ophir United Methodist Church and a former employee of Shapiro & Shapiro of Asheboro. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Westley Dunn. She is survived by one daughter, Debbie Hunsucker and husband, Mickey of Troy; one sister, Mary Lee Morris of Troy; 2 grandchildren, Wesley Hunsucker and Heather Hunsucker. The family will receive friends Sunday from 1:30 pm until 2 pm at Ophir United Methodist Church, Ophir Rd., Troy; other times at the home. A graveside service will be held Sunday at 2:00 pm at Ophir United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Glenn Hancock officiating.
