Frances McCaskill Hogan

Frances McCaskill Hogan, age 92, of Autumn Care Of Biscoe, formerly of 112 Hogan Dr., Candor, died Friday, September 25, 2009 at Autumn Care.Mrs. Hogan was born Febuary 24, 1917 in Montgomery County, NC, the daughter of Norman C. and Minnie (Green) McCaskill. Mrs. Hogan was a member of First Baptist Church of Troy and a former textile worker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dolan Hogan, brother, D.C. McCaskill and sister, Ruth Freeman. She is survived by one son: Larry L. Hogan and wife, Bernice of Lexington, SC; granddaughter, Jan Hogan of Columbia, SC; sister-in-law, Cassie McCaskill of Candor; two nieces, two nephews and several great nieces and nephews.The family will receive friends Sunday from 6 - 8 pm at Pugh-Troy Funeral Home, 211 North Main Street, Troy, NC. The funeral will be Monday at 3:00 pm at Pugh-Troy Funeral Home with Dr. Phillips McRae officiating. Burial will be in Southside Cemetery, Troy.Arrangements by Pugh-Troy Funeral Home.
