Thelma Brown Pritchard

Thelma Brown Pritchard, age 62, of 301 Watkins St., Troy died Friday, October 3, 2008 at First Health Moore Regional Hospital, Pinehurst, NC. Mrs. Pritchard was born May 1, 1946 at Stokesdale, NC the daughter of the late William and the late Dora Alice (Davis) Brown but lived most of her life in Morganton, NC. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband: David E. Pritchard of the home; two daughters: Gina P. Lefler of Mt. Gilead, NC, Elizabeth Parsons of Las Vegas, NV; three sisters: Tammy Brown of Mebane, NC, Peggy Gordon of Gastonia, NC, Sylvia Justice of Biscoe, NC The family will receive friends Saturday, October 4, 2008 from 6 - 8 PM at First Wesleyan Church, 1368 NC Hwy 134 N, Troy; other times at the home of daughter, Gina P. Lefler, 811 Landfill Rd, Mt. Gilead, NC. The funeral will be Sunday at 3:00 pm at Gibbs Chapel Wesleyan Church, 1741 Jamestown Rd., Morganton, NC with the Revs. Dean Lavender,Jeff Ray and Roger Brackett, Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Gibbs Chapel Wesleyan Church Cemetery with the family receiving friends in the fellowship hall immediately following the service.
