Karin Clayton Griswold

Karin Jo Clayton Griswold, age 53, of 156 Rocky Creek Dr., Troy died Monday, April 21, 2008 at her home. Karin was born December 19, 1954 at Twin Falls, Idaho, the daughter of the late Frank Eugene and Robbie Nel (Johnson) Clayton Lloyd. She was a student at Montgomery Community College and served 11 years in the US Army. She enjoyed the outdoors, riding her horses and all the good things nature had to offer. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Griswold. In addition to her mother, Nel Lloyd, she is survived by one sister, Vickey Henson and husband, Harold of Hamilton, Illinois. The family will receive friends Friday from 6:00-7:00 PM at Pugh-Troy Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St., Troy, NC. A memorial service will be held Friday at 7:00 pm at Pugh-Troy Funeral Home immediately following the visitation with Tony Sedberry officiating. Arrangements by Pugh-Troy Funeral Home.
