Jackie Russell Greene

Jackie Russell Greene, age 60, of 182 Hazel Lane, Candor, died Saturday, March 15, 2008 at his home. Jackie was born December 6, 1947 at Guilford County , NC, the son of the late Russell and Hazelene (Parsons) Greene. Although a native of Guilford County, Jackie lived in Montgomery County most of his life. He was a member of Holly Mount Baptist Church and a fixer at Capels, Inc. In addition to his mother, he is survived by two daughters: Tiffanie Greene and Briana Greene, both of Troy; one son: Tim Greene of Candor; one brother: Johnny Greene of Candor; one grandson. The family will receive friends Monday from 6:00-8:00 pm at Pugh-Troy Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St., Troy; other times at the home of Johnny & Ava Greene, 131 James Dr., Candor. The funeral will be Tuesday at 2:00 pm at Holly Mount Baptist Church, 536 Holly Mount Ch Rd, Mt. Gilead with Rev. Henry Jenkins officiating. Burial will be in Parsons Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery, Pekin Rd., Candor. Arrangements by Pugh-Troy Funeral Home.
