Thomas Edward Massey

Thomas Edward Massey, Sr., age 56, of 174 Owen St., Star died Sunday, February 10, 2008 at Stanly Regional Medical Ctr., Albemarle, NC. Mr. Massey was born April 12, 1951 at Lee County, NC, the son of O. H. and Mary Grace (Owenby) Massey. He was a US Air Force veteran. In addition to his parents, he is survived by two daughters: Lori Massey Elam of Mt. Gilead and Shana Massey Harris of Troy; one son: Thomas Massey, Jr. of High Point; two sisters: Hester Brewer of Star and Carolyn Cagle of Florence, SC; three brothers: Raymond Massey of Star, Donnie Massey of Raleigh, Michael Massey of Randleman; 6 grandchildren. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6:00-7:30pm at Pugh-Troy Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St., Troy; other times at the home. A memorial service with Rev.
