Jessie Chappell Mauldin

Jessie "Marie" Chappell Mauldin, age 66, of 401 Lambert Rd, Biscoe, formerly of Troy, died Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at Autumn Care Nursing & Rehabilitation, Biscoe. Marie was born October 5, 1946 at Troy, NC the daughter of Elisha Chappell and Dorothy Lee Kiger Chappell Maynor. She was a member of Long Hill Baptist Church and a former employee of Capel Rug Mill. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two brothers, J.C. Chappell and Tony Chappell. She is survived by two daughters: Marana M Blake and Christy M Cesaro, both of Troy; two sons: Anthony Mauldin of Troy, Adrian Mauldin of Candor; twelve grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren; one sister: Deloris Morse of Mt. Gilead; four brothers: Tommy Chappell of Troy, Jimmy Chappell of Candor, Roney Chappell of Troy, and Rev. Ricky Chappell of Sanford. The family will receive friends Wednesday, November 14, 2012 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Pugh-Troy Funeral Home, 211 North Main Street, Troy; other times at the home of Marana and Jeff Blake, 426 Poole Road, Troy. The funeral will be Thursday at 2:00 pm at Lomax Memorial Baptist Church, 691 Correll Road, Troy with Rev. Mark Forrest and Rev. Ricky Chappell officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
